Can I pay cash or credit card in the car?
Yes, you can either pay cash or credit card in the car or you can by credit card while you are booking your reservation.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Can the driver provide me a receipt for my trip?
Yes he/she can. If you do not pay for your fare on the phone, you could ask your driver to give you a receipt. If your driver cannot provide you the receipt, please let us know and we will send your receipt via email.
Can you send me email confirmation?
When you provide us your email address, we can send you email confirmation for the trip. We can also send you a receipt via email if you provide your card information on the phone.
What is the cancellation policy? When should I cancel my trip?
We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, Men In Black Transportation has a very simple cancellation policy. Just give us 4 hours notice within our business hours prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 business days depending upon the credit card and issuing bank.
We will not refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
How can I schedule a pick up?
Please call us from (858) 764-4467 to book your trip or log onto www.mibtransportation.com Or you can email us your trip information to info@mibtransportation.com . My plane has been delayed and it is coming after midnight. Will you still be able to pick me up? Is there any additional fee for pick ups after midnight? Our driver will be ready waiting on you. There will be $20 charge for pick-ups between 11.45pm-03:45am. (Midnight Fee)
Do you do meet and greet at the airport?
How does that work? Yes, we also provide Meet and Greet Service if you like. Our professional drivers will be waiting for you at the baggage claim area with a white board your name written on it. If you would like a Meet and Greet service, please let our associates know.
I missed my plane or my flight was cancelled what should I do now?
Please call us at 858 764 4467 and let us know whether you missed your flight or your flight was cancelled.
I am coming via earlier flight? Will my driver be ready for me?
If you are coming earlier than your scheduled pick up time, please call us at 858 764 4467 and let us know, so we can rearrange your pick up.
I forget to arrange a pick up from airport. How long does it take you to send me a driver?
Depends on availability, in most cases we can have your driver ready in about 20 minutes. Give us a call as soon as you land and we will send you a driver as soon as possible.
I need to make stops along my destination? How much do you charge for stop?
For each stop, we charge $10 minimum and that depends on the distance of the stop from the main route.
I arranged a pick up and did not show up what happens now?
Please call (858) 764-4467 when you arrive to the airport. Clients who "no show" or who leave the airport without calling will be charged the full amount of the fare.
I am running late than prearranged time?
Waiting fee will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Waiting fee is $30 per hour.
I called 858 764 4467 but no one answered how can I schedule a pick up?
You have 3 options. You can either log on to www.meninblacktransportation.com or email us your trip information or you can leave us a voicemail with your trip details. Please do not forget to provide us the name of the passenger, cell phone number that we can reach you, your pick up date and time, pick up and drop off address. How will you pick me up at the airport?
Please do not forget that no vehicle is allowed to wait at the curbside in San Diego Airport / Los Angeles International Airport. Curbside is for loading and unloading of passengers only. Once you have collected your bags and are ready at the curbside, call us at (858)764-4467. And your driver will pick you up from the curb side shortly after your call.
Are your rates for airport transfers per person ?
Our rates for airport transfers are per trip not per person.
